Surrey Scholarship Online is an open access online archive containing the full text of scholarly papers produced by members of the University of Surrey. Its main purpose is to help Surrey authors make their research more widely known; their ideas and findings readily accessible; and their papers more frequently read and cited.
Surrey Scholarship Online mainly contains peer-reviewed, published journal articles and conference papers. Individual academic units may decide to include other types of material (e.g. working papers, posters etc.)

The service, offered by the University of Surrey Library, offers University of Surrey authors advice on submitting their papers, complying with funders' open access policies, and understanding publishers' copyright terms. We also work closely with academic and research units to draft and implement submission policies tailored to their requirements.
