Abstract

This workshop aims brings together recent graduates and current students. Drawing on the principles of Feedforward (Kluger & Nir, 2006, McDowall et al., submitted) we will ask attendees to work in pairs to share stories about ‘highlight experiences’ of their MSc studies as well as transition into employment. We will discuss and reflect on these in a plenary session. In the second half, will then feed back data from a recent DOP survey of over 100 current MSc students and recent graduates which shows that programmes do better in traditional OP areas (e.g. selection and assessment), and that the DOP should be more proactive in engaging with students. We will close with a road map for the way ahead and key outcomes to be shared with the wider community.
