Abstract

This piece featured the development of a costumized software (Mindbeat I), intended for electronic forms of creative collaboration and co-ideation. The live performance involved the e-theatrical enactment of Peter Handke's 'Offending the Audience', as 5 remote players fed the original and altered version of the original text into the software, which visualized it as part of a live duration audiovisual installation. Audience could read and respond to the text, which the software in turn visualized into a growing articulation of ideas and reflections, whose shape became a stimuli for a live electronic musical improvisation that featured throughout the two-day durational piece.
